We process data that you actively provide to us: name, contact details (email, phone), message content from forms, as well as information about your role in the medical facility. In addition, technical data is collected, such as IP address, browser type, and device information, as well as anonymized usage events to improve the platform.
Processing is carried out to provide appointment management, documentation, and resource planning, to handle your inquiries, and to fulfill contractual obligations.
